  1. Go to Settings → MCP Servers → Add
  2. Enter the full endpoint URL including /mcp:
  3. Claude will open a browser window for Google sign-in
  4. Approve the permissions on the consent screen
  5. Once redirected back, Claude is connected and ready to query
Important: The URL must end with /mcp. Without it, Claude will send requests to the wrong path and authentication will fail.

ChatGPT

  1. Open any chat and click the connectors icon (plug icon) in the message bar
  2. Click Add MCP connectors
  3. Paste the endpoint URL:
  4. ChatGPT will discover the OAuth endpoints and open Google sign-in
  5. Approve the permissions and you're connected
Tip: Both Claude and ChatGPT use OAuth 2.1 with PKCE. Each client registers automatically — no API keys needed.
